Dining/Event Reservation Instructions

On-line instruction on making Dining (regular dinner) or Event (special events, classes, outings, etc.) reservations.

Reservations available 30 days prior to event.

You will receive an email confirmation for verification. If you do not receive an email please call the Club for verification.

To make Event Reservations
(Events are entertainment, classes, etc.)

  • Go to www.esterocc.com
  • Go to Member Login in the upper right hand corner
  • Log in with your member number. If you have a joint account
    add a 1 or a 2 to the end of your member number.

If you are a single member please login with 4 digit member
number only don’t add a 1 or a 2 at the end – if you don’t have a
password please call the Club

  • Click the Dining & Events Reservations Box
  • Click on the Dining Tab
  • Click on Events on the top toolbar
  • From the list, choose the event
  • Click “Register”
  • Fill in the appropriate boxes
  • Click Continue
  • Add others to the reservation by choosing from the boxes
    on the right; partners, members or guests. Start typing in the
    last name and a list of members will come up for you to choose
    names

To make on-line Dining Reservations

  • Go to www.esterocc.com
  • Go to Member Login in the upper right hand corner
  • Log in with your member number. If you have a joint
    account add a 1 or a 2 to the end of your member number.

a password please call the Club

  • Click the Dining & Events Reservations Box
  • Click on the Dining Tab
  • Click on Reservations on the top toolbar
  • Click on Make A Reservation
  • Fill in the appropriate boxes
  • Click Continue
  • Fill in the appropriate boxes
  • Add others to the reservation by choosing from the boxes
    on the right; partners, members or guests. Start typing in the
    last name and a list of members will come up for you to choose
    names
